Accolent ERP provides various utilities that allow for maintenance and updating of Costs and Prices. These utilities are accessed from Price/Cost > Adjust Costs and Price > Change Costs / Price Options. There are three options available: (1) Change Costs and/or Price by a Specified Percentage; (2) Change Prices by a Factor of Costs; and (3) Change one Cost using another Cost. There are a series of wiki articles explaining each of these options. This wiki explains how to change the Costs and/or Price of a population of products by a specified percentage.
Price/Cost Utilities
- The Accolent ERP Price/Cost Utilities are accessed from Price/Cost > Change Cost / Price Options.
- The three Change Cost / Price Options wikis are:

Select Products
- Use the filters to create a population of products for which the Costs and/or Prices need to be changed.
- In this example, select products from Vendor Air Filters R Us.
- Look up List Price, Standard Cost and Alternate Cost for Warehouse 1 for each item

Change Costs and/or Prices by a Specified Percentage
- Go to Price/Cost > Change Cost / Price Options > Change by a Specified Percentage.
- Select Vendor 107-Air Filters R Us.
- Select Warehouse 1.
- Enter Percentage.
- Then select what to change; choices are:
- Change Cost Only,
- Change Price Only, or
- Change Cost & Price by Same Percentage.
- Then select which Cost to change.
- E.g., Vendor=107; Warehouse=1; Percentage=10.00%; Choice=Change Cost & Price by Same Percentage; Cost=Standard Cost
- Click on Process button.
- Message indicating success updating 4 records.
Verify Updated Records
- Go to Product AF-ECO.
- List Price = $10.00 x 110% = $11.00.
- Updated on Pricing UOM tab.
- Standard Cost for Warehouse 1 correctly updated to $5.80 x 110% = $6.38.
- Standard Cost for Warehouse 2 and unchanged at $5.50.
- Similarly, Costs and Prices were updated correctly by 10.00% for AF-EHD, AF-HDU and AF-STD.
- New prices and costs for Warehouse 1 are:
