Customer types are used to group customers for the purposes of reporting. Many reports related to customers or to sales allow you to restrict the report to specific customer types.
Customer Types
- Go to
- Settings > Value Lists > Other Value Lists (A-L) > Customer Types to see a list of customer types, edit a customer type, or create a new customer type
