Use the Product Filters screens to set up the product filters you will use in the Online Stores and Self-Service Portal for online ordering.

Entering Product Filters

  • Product filters can be associated with a sub-category to filter results in the online product index
  • Sub-category is the lowest level in the product index shown on eCommerce screens
  • Filters can be created to further restrict the products displayed for a sub-category online
  • If the sub-category is for brooms, useful filters might be “type” (push, hand-held, angle) and “price” ($0-$10, $10-$20)
  • To see a list of product filters, edit a product filter, or create a product filter: Settings > Value Lists > Product Only Lists> eCommerce Product Filters
