Accolent ERP users already have access to a wiki database of posted Accolent ERP Help wikis. These wikis are categorized under the Accolent ERP menus to which they belong to assist users to easily find what they need. The search functionality is already quite powerful. In addition, ADS Solutions has now added an AI-powered chat bot that will help users search the wiki help database. In addition to making searching easier, the AI-Chat Bot can interpolate between wikis to fill in possible gaps in the wiki help articles. This will also help ADS Solutions’ support personnel to understand what users may already have read and provide quicker turnaround on tickets.
AI-Chat Bot for Software Assistance
- In the header bar, click on ask Ada?
- This will open the Accolent ERP help assistant.
Use Natural Language Questions
- Click on one of the topic cards or type in a question.
- The Accolent ERP help assistant runs on standard LLMs and so can understand the question.
- For example, type in “how do I create a bom?”
- The AI Chat Bot shows the steps and includes a wiki link.
- Click on the wiki link to open the wiki:
- The help request can be further refined as needed.
Further Improvements
- The Accolent ERP AI Chat Bot will help us to understand which topics need more help documentation and we will add or improve the existing wiki.
