Accolent ERP is integrated with Fiserv one of the largest payment processors globally. By automatically processing Level 2 and Level 3 data, Fiserv optimizes interchange charges ensuring the lowest possible rate on every transaction. All integrated payment system transactions automatically update records in Accolent ERP. See this wiki: Accolent ER Integrated Payments.

Authorize.Net

Accolent ERP is integrated with the Authorize.Net Payment Gateway. Authorize.Net is the most ubiquitous Payment Gateway and importantly, has plug-ins that can connect to most eCommerce platforms. Authorize.Net can also be simply and easily linked to Fiserv, the Payment Processor that is already fully integrated with Accolent ERP. Through this integration with Authorize.Net’s API to “Authorize and Capture” payments, Accolent ERP can take payments for virtually all eCommerce platforms.

Business Intelligence (Phocas)

Accolent ERP offers powerful business intelligence and data analytics capabilities through its integration with Phocas software, a leading cloud-based BI solution. The integration allows users to access their Accolent ERP data through Phocas software. The Accolent ERP data is continuously updated to Phocas allowing real-time analysis. Using Phocas’ data analytics tools, users can explore their data, slice and dice it in any number of ways, compare it on various levels, explore historical and forecasted analyses, and create immediate data visualizations. See this wiki: Accolent ERP Linkage with Phocas.

Business Intelligence (Power BI)

Accolent ERP offers users the ability to pull their Accolent ERP data into a Power BI Workspace that has several pre-built datasets and dashboards. The Accolent ERP data is continually refreshed to the Power BI datasets. Using these Power BI datasets and dashboards, users can analyze their data and create their own visualizations. See this wiki: Accolent Integration with Power BI.

CRM (PipeDrive)

Accolent ERP has a built-in CRM capability which covers most of the basic CRM functionality that distributors use. In addition, Accolent ERP is integrated with the PipeDrive (PD) CRM system, through APIs. The integration links Accolent ERP Contacts, Customers/Prospects and Salespersons with respectively Persons, Organizations and Owners in PD. The integration is designed to conform to a typical Salesperson’s workflow, but other workflows can be accommodated too. Salespersons will be able to work in PipeDrive to create Persons, Organizations, Leads and Deals which can be sync’ed with Accolent ERP. They will be able to create Quotes in Accolent ERP and link these to the appropriate Deals in PD. Then in PD, they will be able to progress Deals through predefined Sales Stages to completion. See this wiki: Using PipeDrive with Accolent ERP.

Direct API eCommerce Integrations

Accolent ERP is directly integrated through APIs with several eCommerce online store platforms including the open source Community version of Magento and Shopify. These direct managed API integrations sync products and inventory from Accolent ERP with the online stores and orders from the online stores with Accolent ERP. See this wiki: Accolent ERP Direct API Integration with Magento.

EDI System

Accolent ERP’s EDI system allows users to link with trading partners via Electronic Data Interchange to process incoming POs, outgoing PO Acknowledgements, ASNs and Invoices as well as other business flows. Accolent ERP can work with any EDI VAN (Value Added Network) that will translate the Accolent ERP user’s and trading partner’s forms to EDI forms and deliver the forms from trading partners to Accolent ERP and vice versa. See this wiki: Using EDI in Accolent ERP.

Multi-Channel eCommerce Connector

Accolent ERP is integrated with multiple eCommerce Stores (Shopify, Woo Commerce, Big Commerce, etc.) and multiple eCommerce marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Walmart, etc.) (collectively, “eCommerce Stores”). The integration is accomplished through a multi-channel connector, that links Accolent ERP to multiple eCommerce Stores using APIs and FTP Data Feeds. Using this integration, Accolent ERP users can manage the products and inventory on multiple eCommerce Stores and fulfill orders from all eCommerce Stores from Accolent ERP. See this wiki: Accolent ERP Multi-Channel eCommerce.

Multicurrency

Accolent ERP delivers a multicurrency system covering over 200 global currencies that manages conversions to and from the selected functional currency. The system allows for placing POs in foreign currencies, creating invoices in foreign currencies and recording the forex gain/losses involved through conversion back to the selected functional currency. Real-time global forex currency rates are delivered through a leading FX provider’s API.  See this wiki: Accolent ERP Multi-Currency Overview and Setup.

Open APIs

Accolent ERP has a set of Open APIs that can be used to link to third party eCommerce providers through RESTful APIs.

Payment Portal

The Accolent Payment Portal is a separate application linked to Accolent ERP. The Accolent Payment Portal allows Accolent ERP users to give their customers access to an online portal that shows each customer its own open invoices aged from the date of the invoice. This makes collection much simpler and eliminates the need to send monthly statements by email or resend invoice copies. Once registered to use the Accolent Payment Portal, customers’ end-users can then select one or more invoices and pay them with a credit card or ACH using the Accolent ERP/Fiserv integrated payments. Fiserv is one of the largest payment processors globally. By automatically processing Level 2 and Level 3 data, Fiserv optimizes interchange charges ensuring the lowest possible rate on every transaction. See this wiki: Accolent Payment Portal.

Proof of Delivery Mobile App

The ADS Solutions Proof-of-Delivery App (“POD App”) is one of the mobile user apps available for use with Accolent ERP. Use of the POD App requires an annual subscription for mobile users that need not be Accolent ERP users. Once they are set up in Accolent ERP, orders may be assigned to these mobile users for delivery. Orders may be assigned individually or by delivery route. Using the POD App running on any mobile device, mobile users can see the customer orders assigned to them, deliver the orders, and obtain the name, signature and GPS coordinates of the customer’s representative receiving each order. This information together with the updated delivery status is immediately updated to Accolent ERP. The POD App works even if the mobile user’s device is out of cell coverage and will automatically update once again within cell coverage. See this wiki: Using the ADS Solutions POD App.

Sales & Use Tax (Avalara)

Accolent ERP is integrated with Avalara’s AvaTax Cloud-based sales and use tax solution. With an Avalara account, transactions entered into Accolent ERP will get the sales tax directly from Avalara based on geolocation and product classifications. Avalara eliminates the need to keep the Accolent ERP tax jurisdictions table updated for changing legislative regulations, new tax rules, or shifts in product taxability. To use the Accolent ERP integration with Avalara, you will need to first sign up for an Avalara account. See this wiki: Accolent ERP Integration with Avalara.

Sales & Use Tax (Zip2Tax)

Accolent ERP allows users to manually create tax jurisdictions and manually maintain these tax jurisdictions as tax rates change. As an alternative, to avoid the need to create or manage tax jurisdictions, users can purchase Zip2Tax spreadsheets for one or multiple US States and Canada on a one-time or monthly basis. These spreadsheets can be imported into Accolent ERP and automatically update the tax jurisdictions table. This ensures that the sales and use rates are always current. Tax jurisdictions are then assigned to orders based on the ship-to address Zip Code. See this wiki: Using Zip2Tax for Tax Jurisdictions.

Self-Service Portal

Accolent ERP offers a self-service online portal from which Accolent users’ customers can place orders, review the status of their orders, look up their prior transactions, review their Statements, pay invoices and access certain Accolent ERP reports. The self-service online portal is a separate website that is directly linked to Accolent ERP and allows access to only those Accolent users’ customers and end-users that have been approved for self-service portal access. Accolent users’ customers will get the same pricing, terms, shipping methods, etc., in the self-service portal as they would get in Accolent ERP. See this wiki: Accolent ERP Self-Service Portal Overview.

Shipping Management

Accolent ERP is integrated with EasyPost, the leading multi-carrier solution for shipping packages. The integration provides access to EasyPost’s modern Shipping API, Tracking API and Address Verification API as well as direct linkages to USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL and many more regional carriers. Through EasyPost, Accolent ERP users can access over 100 carriers worldwide including all the major carriers and many regional carriers. This carrier diversification allows Accolent ERP users to get the best rates and ensure delivery even with Supply Chain breakdowns. An Accolent ERP order packed and shipped through any of the 100+ EasyPost carriers, automatically records tracking numbers, prints shipping labels, updates shopping carts and stores line-item/box level information in the Accolent ERP database. See this wiki: Accolent ERP Linkage with EasyPost.

Transportation Management System

Accolent ERP is integrated with FreightPOP, a complete logistics management platform for businesses, that offers powerful, affordable, enterprise-grade features to simplify shipping and supply chain operations. FreightPOP has direct links to over 300 inbound and outbound shipping carriers covering small parcel shipments, and freight options for LTL, FTL, steamship lines and air carriers. Using the FreightPOP integration, Accolent ERP users can rate-shop, book freight, track and manage all their inbound and outbound shipping needs. See this wiki: Accolent ERP Integration with FreightPOP.

Wireless Warehouse Management System

Accolent ERP’s WMS (warehouse management software) system allows for the use of mobile wireless devices to maximize the efficiency of warehouse operations. Using a combination of a wireless tablet and a Bluetooth-enabled scanner or an all-in-one handheld device, the WMS system automates standard warehouse operations such as picking, packing, shipping, PO receiving and physical inventory counts.
