Accolent ERP comes a standard list of countries already defined. You can use the Countries screen to add additional Countries for foreign customers and vendors.
Countries
- Go to Settings > Value Lists > Other Value Lists (A to L) > Countries to see a list of countries, edit a country record, or create a new country
Country Fields

| Country Code | Country codes are three-letter codes representing a country. An entry in this field is required. |
| Country Name | The Country Name is used to describe the country. An entry in this field is required. Accepts letters and numbers to a maximum of 30 characters. |
| ISO2 | Two-digit country code designated by the International Standards Organization. |
| Currency Code | Code defining the currency associated with this country. See Currency Value List for more information. |
| Exchange Rate | Current exchange rate associated with this currency. A value is automatically shown based on the selected Currency Code. |
| Recent Exchange Rate | Recent exchange rate associated with this currency and date it was last updated. A value is automatically shown based on the selected Currency Code. |
