Import Template Instructions – Kit Configurations

Accolent ERP data Import Template Instructions provide field-by-field information on the data needed to fill out the CSV templates. Always review these instructions before populating a CSV import template.

KIT PRODUCT CODE Required Enter the Kit Product Code that has been set up in the system KB034
WAREHOUSE CODE Required Up to 3 digit numeric code. Do not have to be sequential 100
ORDER ENTRY DISPLAY Required Enter “D” for Detail only or “K” for Kit only K
PRICE BY Required Enter “C” for by component or “K” for by Kit K
VISIT KIT LIST SCREEN Required Enter “Y” for Yes or “N” for No N
INVENTORY BY Required Enter “C” for by component or “K” for by Kit C
COST BY Required Enter “C” for by component or “K” for by Kit C
SHOW COMPONENTS ON WORK ORDER Required Enter “Y” for Yes or “N” for No N
SHOW COMPONENTS ON PICK TICKET Required Enter “Y” for Yes or “N” for No N
